Include your case number and contact information in your response.

If your vehicle had valid motor liability insurance at the time mentioned in the enquiry, give the name of the insurance company and the date the insurance became valid.

We will process the matter on the basis of your response and notify you of the decision by e-mail.

Note! Be sure to use the case number assigned by the Finnish Motor Insurers' Centre when contacting us. The case number is of the format ABC-123 20180203 (example), i.e. the licence plate number of the vehicle followed by the identifier date. Please use the full case number. Be sure not to use the State Treasury's case number by accident. We use different case numbers and will not be able to identify the case based on the case number assigned by the State Treasury.
