Downtime in claims electronic forms and customer service 13.-18.11.2024

The Finnish Motor Insurers' Centre (LVK) will implement new systems on Monday 18.11.2024. The implementation of the systems will cause downtime for our claims customers between 13.-18.11.2024.

Electronic forms for the Claims Service are out of use 13.-17.11.

The Finnish Motor Insurers' Centre's electronic accident statement form and the electronic contact form concerning pending claims will be out of use Wed-Sun 13.-17.11.2024. During that time, links to forms won't work. The forms will be operational again on Monday 18.11.

The forms that are disabled are located on the page Claim compensation from LVK.

PDF forms are normally available during the break, so damage can be initiated by email during the break.

The outage only applies to the compensation action, so electronic forms related to uninsured vehicles, for example, are normally available.

The telephone numbers for the compensation service and technical issues are closed Fri 15.11. and Mon 18.11.

The telephone numbers of LVK's customer service for compensation as well as technical issues will be closed on Friday 15.11. and Monday 18.11. We are open again by phone on Tuesday 19.11.
